The Mind and Soul Foundation
Restoring leaders. Reframing leadership. Restoring mission.
Restoring leaders. Reframing leadership. Restoring mission.

After 20 pioneering years at the intersection of faith and mental health, the Mind and Soul Foundation is bringing its charitable work to a formal close. But our work isn't ending.
It's taking a new shape as we move our legacy and key elements of our resource library to their natural new home at Clergy Support Trust. CST have supported Anglican Clergy for hundreds of years and their new wellbeing platform (to be launched shortly) will be available to ALL Christian leaders and ministry workers.

To ensure you don't lose access to these resources and to continue receiving support, please opt-in to join a dedicated CST mailing list which is specifically for this transition. Please choose choose ‘Mind and Soul Supporter’ from the ‘how did you hear about us’ dropdown.

The Mind and Soul Foundation Directors will all be continuing their own ministries of speaking and teaching.
Their contact details are available here. Please do NOT contact them with personal pastoral questions - only for speaking and teaching opportunities.

For people who are after more personal support, including those who do not consider themselves leaders, we recommend leading Christian mental health charity Mercy UK. They have added some of our online resources to their Library.
They offer the entry-level Keys to Freedom and the more in depth Freedom Journey.
